The Ween wouldn’t be possible without the generous efforts of all our volunteers. We don’t care if you are a first timer or a veteran Weener- we can always use your help! Please fill out the form at the right indicating how you’re willing to help. Below are some suggestions of ways you can contribute.
Food!
Yes, we provide the hot dogs. But don’t you love complimentary foods along-side your weens? We thought as much.
We are always happy to have volunteer efforts in the form of consumable contributions. Feel free to sign up to bring something tasty to share with the other weeners like chips, a salad, drinks, ice, veggies or treats!
Set-up
Because we choose to fill the Ween with good times, the set-up is usually kind of involved. We usually have to round up several willing trucks and cars to shuttle all the TVs, couches, grills, food, games, etc. to the park. We also need people who are willing to make and hang signs and balloons and help plug things in. You know, typical set-up.
Grill Masters
Over the years we have felt guilty about taking advantage of the kindness of certain individuals by sticking them behind a grill for several hours while everyone else parties down. This year we will be scheduling help behind the grill in 30 minute segments.
If you think that you could handle 30 minutes of spatula-wielding, please let us know. Thanks!
Clean-up
Not a glorious job, but somebody has to do it. If your humility and generous heart compels you, please volunteer to help us break down Ween-O-Camp around 10:30pm. Thanks!
